Backups

Jetpacked takes nightly encrypted backups of your app's data for paid project plans. Backups cover both the provisioned database and the persistent storage volume.

What's backed up

• Database — a full dump of your PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB instance (if provisioned)
• Persistent storage — a snapshot of your /data volume

Retention

Backups are retained for 7 days. Each night a new backup is created and the oldest one is dropped.

Downloading backups

Backups can be downloaded from the Backups tab in your project. Database dumps and storage snapshots are available as separate downloads.

Availability

Backups are included on all paid project plans (Starter, Pro, Power). Projects using the free dynamic allowance do not have backups.
